Squeeze Blocks Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the mobile app Squeeze Blocks (identifier com.squeezeblocks.game) on Google Play and the App Store.

What data we process

Squeeze Blocks does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts or location. Game progress (level, coins, bar upgrades, settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent to any server of ours. The current version contains no analytics tools and no advertising networks, and does not transmit usage data to third parties.

In-app purchases

If the app offers purchases, they are processed by Google Play or Apple. We never see or store your card or payment account details.

Ads and analytics (future versions)

Later versions are planned to show optional ads (for example, to earn rewards) through AppLovin MAX and its partner networks, and to use GameAnalytics to understand how the game is played (level started, completed or failed, booster use). Those tools may receive a random device identifier, device model and OS version, approximate country and, for ads, the device advertising identifier. Before enabling them we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent in the game; you can change it in the game or device settings.

Children

The game is suitable for all audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Retention and your rights

Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to retain on our servers. Uninstalling the app deletes the progress stored on the device. For any question or request about your data, write to [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, if the change is significant, let you know in the game.

About this website and the beta

This website uses no cookies. To count visits it uses Umami, an analytics tool hosted on my own server in the EU: it records, in aggregate, the pages visited, where visits come from, browser, device type and approximate location (country, region and city). It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t build profiles and doesn’t store your IP address. It also counts anonymous clicks, such as joining the beta or opening a question in the FAQ. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in knowing, in aggregate, how the website is used. Apart from that, the site doesn’t load fonts, scripts or images from other sites. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

If you join the testers’ Google Group, Google and I (as the group’s owner) can see your email address. I only use it for the closed test, and you can leave the group at any time.

If you email me to join the beta or ask for help, I use your email address (and the Google account or Apple ID email and device you tell me) only to reply and to add you to the closed test, which means entering that address in Google Play Console or Apple’s TestFlight. Cloudflare forwards those emails to my mailbox, which is hosted by Google, and Cloudflare, Google and Apple may process this data in the U.S. The legal basis is your request. I delete your data when the test ends or whenever you ask: write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
